Sally Nichols of "Sally’s Events" is carrying on her
25 year tradition of Atlanta hospitality, great food, and vast experience
as the owner of the "Good Ol' Days" restaurants.
Well known for her "Flower Pot Sandwiches" and whimsical ideas
for making food fun, Sally is now using her knowledge of fresh food service
and style to help Kimball Hall create memorable events for all of our
guests. We feel very fortunate to have Sally, and we love passing on her
wonderful and creative dishes to you!
These menu's are suggestions. Sally will customize any menu to fit your
taste and event. All choices include complete service staff, set-up,
and clean-up, a "Going Away" basket for our Brides & Grooms!
Sally will package all remaining food after an event for the hosts.
There are never "hidden" costs for serving, staff, or delivery.
A 7% sales tax is added. Specialty Gourmet menu items available upon
request.
- Cold seasoned shrimp or hot shrimp scampi
- Mexican meatballs
- Roasted beef tenderloin carved to order and served with our
homemade rolls and au juice or horseradish cream.
- Marinated smoked salmon served with dill mayonnaise and capers
and lemons.
- Grilled asparagus served with baby spinach, feta, walnuts and
our homemade raspberry vinaigrette.
- Stuffed Yukon gold potatoes with Andouille sausage, chives,
cheddar and spices.
- Fresh fruit platter.
- Cheese and veggie platter with our own dips.

- Peppered beef tenderloin carved to order.
- Whole smoked honey turkey fresh out of the smoker carved to
order.
- Baked brie in a flaky pastry with walnuts, cranberries, in an
apricot sauce served with crackers.
- Fresh fruit platter served with vanilla cream sauce.
- An assortment of fresh veggies with deviled egg and ham spiral
garnishes, served with our homemade avocado dip.
- Vidalia onion strudel served in a phyllo pastry.

- A platter assortment of honey baked ham, fresh baked turkey,
and roast beef sliced thin, ready to be stuffed into our homemade
buttermilk rolls. A variety of condiments are provided to top
off the sandwiches. Hearty and delicious!
- Fresh vegetable tray with an assortment of popular vegetables
served with two different and delightful dips.
- Spinach and artichoke dip served hot with tortilla chips.
- An array of fresh seasonal fruits.
- Domestic and imported cheeses served with an assortment of crackers.

- Mini quiche
- A platter assortment of honey baked ham, baked turkey, and roast
beef sliced thin, ready to be stuffed into our homemade buttermilk
rolls. A variety of condiments are provided to top off the sandwiches.
- Chicken tenders, sautéed to perfection with your choice
of Italian, lemon caper, Jerk, or spicy Cajun sauce.
- Domestic and imported cheeses artfully displayed and served
with crackers.
- Skewered grilled vegetables each with their own seasoning.
- Crab and artichoke dip served warm with tortilla chips.
- Fresh ripe seasonal fruit.

Shrimp scampi, cold seasoned shrimp, crab tarts, crab dip, ham and scallion
spirals, spanokopita, a variety of chicken strips, mini egg rolls, andouille
stuffed potatoes, mexican meatballs, deviled eggs, mini quiche, chocolate
covered strawberries, and Vidalia onion strudel.
Beef tenderloin, served a variety of ways, pork tenderloin, roasted and
sliced, whole turkeys cooked a variety of ways, whole honey baked hams,
texas style beef brisket, and cherrywood smoked chicken breasts.
Fresh fruit platters, deli platter with assorted meats and home baked
breads served with a variety of condiments, fresh vegetable platter with
dip, baked brie platter, domestic and imported cheese platters, grilled
and marinated vegetables, skewered roasted vegetables, roast beef in brown
gravy, three layer Mexican dip, smoked salmon platter, honey lemon salsa
salmon, pasta salad Greek style or creamy dill, shrimp salad, potato salad,
and spinach asparagus salad with raspberry vinaigrette.
A variety of our homemade desserts including cheesecake, brownies, derby
pie, pecan tarts, banana cream tarts, Mexican wedding cake, to name a
few.
Included in our prices are plates, forks, napkins, fresh flowers for the
buffet table, servers to pass hors d’oeuvres, replenish buffet table,
and carve meats when applicable. All of our foods are homemade. We are
happy to provide you with refrences from guests that have enjoyed our
food.
We require a deposit to hold the date and final payment is due the day
of the event. Glass plates available for an additional fee of $2 per guest.
One server provided for each 50 guests @ $100 per server. |
